Higger Tor dominates the skyline above Carl Wark in the Derbyshire Peak District. Higger Tor's wild jumble of rocks though wall-like, are more natural than its lower neighbour, Stanage Edge.
How to get there: Leave the A6187 at Fiddler's Elbow near Hathersage. Head uphill until you reach the parking space at the back of the Tor.
